Registration Information:

* ALL CARLINGWOOD BADMINTON CLUB MEMBERS AND GUESTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER *

In order to submit your application for membership to Carlingwood Badminton Club, you must complete and sign the registration form. Mail the completed form and your payment to:

In order to qualify for the early-bird fee of $80, we must receive your registration form and payment no later than September 10, 2008. All registration forms received after September 10, 2008 must include a payment of $90.
