2007/2008 MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Memberships are not transferable unless approved by the Club Executive.
Forms must be signed by all individuals applying for membership. Unsigned
forms will NOT be accepted. Food and drink may not be taken into the
gymnasium. Only soft-soled, non-marking shoes may be worn.

The player agrees that:

a) the member plays at his or her own risk,
b) the member is solely responsible for his or her acts and omissions, and
c) the member is solely liable for the loss of or injury to property he or
she brings to the Club facilities.

The member agrees to indemnify and save harmless:

a) the Executive Committee of the Hillcrest Badminton Club and its
members, and
b) the Ottawa Board of Education and its officers, trustees employees and
contractors from all claims, costs and liabilities which may arise as a
result of his or her membership in the Hillcrest Badminton Club or his
or her use of Club facilities at Hillcrest High School.
