Meeting Minutes

Christy Chum, Dylan Weerts, Efren Razo, Francisco Palmerin,
Steven Freebairn, Tony Nguyen, Brett White, Ying Liu,
Beverly Preston

Officers: Dylan Weerts, Beverly Preston

Advisor: Stan Bischof

Treasury Report: Beverly reports total of ~$2400 in club account.
      Also reported on school policy of clubs spending the
      bulk of funds in years collected. We have liabilities
      for Sunday fees to SRCS ( ~$2.5k ) and transportation
      that have not yet been paid.

Income: Monthly proceeds from Sunday Badminton plus
       shirt money from team members

Upcoming event: marathon tournament in June as fundraiser

General business: 
      Suggestion: Get Tony/Howard to come to Piner for
          exhibition/clinic. Can charge admission.
      Suggestion: field trip using proceeds from next year.

          NOTE: since uniforms are in place now we may
          have up to a couple of thousand dollars to spend
          next year.
