1. Spring sports clearance night will be in January- not yet announced
2. Badminton starts February 2, 2009.

General business

• recruiting: continue looking for new members.
• paperwork: hand out athletic packets for anyone who doesn't have them. Those who have fall or winter sports need only fil out emergency card, travel permission slip and pay their transportation fee.
• organization: Stan will be gone through mid January. Returning players are requested to take on leadership and organization until late January.
• Club officers to be elected in January. Looking for President, Treasurer, Secretary
• Team handout
