MEDIA ADVISORY June 13, 1996 PRE-OLYMPIC TRAINING SCHEDULE SET FOR U.S. BADMINTON TEAM (COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.) - Beginning Wednesday, July 10, 40 of the greatest badminton athletes from eight countries (Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, New Zealand, Russia, Switzerland, and the U.S.) will converge on Georgia College in Milledgeville, Ga. for a Pre-Olympic Training and Acclimation Camp (July 10-17). Some of the top athletes at the camp will include Danish medal favorites Poul-Erik Hoyer-Larsen, Camilla Martin, Jon Holst-Christensen/Thomas Lund, Helene Kirkegaard/Rikke Olsen, and U.S. Olympians Kevin Han (Colorado Springs, Colo.), Linda French (Elmhurst, Ill.) and Erika Von Heiland (Anaheim, Calif.).
