DEADLINE:    Postmarked by MARCH 31st 1995

FEES:        $15.00 for first event, $9.00 for additional events up to
             maximum of 3 events. $4.00 additional fee for all late entries
             and phone entries. Entry forms cannot be processed without fees.
             Make checks payable to the UC Davis Badminton Club.
             Late entries are entered into the draw upon the tournament
             director's discretion. Please include self-addressed stamped      
             postcard and/or give your e-mail address for starting times.

EVENTS:      Men's and Women's Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.
             Flights A, B, C, D; flights A and B are USBA sanctioned.
             Depending upon registrations received, flights may be combined
             upon the tournament director's discretion.  PLEASE ONE FLIGHT 
             PER EVENT.  You must play in the flight that you are ranked in 
             and if you are playing in a doubles or mixed doubles you MUST 
             play in the level of the highest ranked player.

DIRECTIONS:  Take I-80 to Davis
             Take Hwy 113 toward Woodland, exit Russell Blvd. (2nd exit on 113)
             Turn right at the light onto Russell
             Turn right at Anderson/La Rue onto La Rue (second stoplight)
             Turn left at first stop light into Rec Hall parking lot 
            (free parking)

Supplies:   HL Champion birdies will be sold there at $1.60 each.

T-Shirts:   Included with entry
	    Additional shirts will be sold at the check-in table.
