                  Open Women's Doubles        1:00pm

Entry Form: Must be submitted by each player.  Tournament Committee will
         make every effort to find partners for those who request them.
         Telephone entrants will be charged $5.00 extra.
         
FORMAT:     Drop flight; all entrants start in "A" flight, with losers
         dropping to "B" or "C" flight.  Players are assured at least two
         matches in each event entered.
         
NOTE:    This is a two-day tournament!  All events will be played straight
         through to and including the finals.
         
DEADLINE:   Saturday, April 15, 1995.
DRAW:    Sunday, April 16, 1995

ENTRY FEES: Entry fee is $12 US Dollars per event.  Exception: Canadian
         entries received PRIOR to April 15, 1995, will be accepted at
         PAR VALUE for US currency.  Any Canadian entry fees received
         after this date must be in equivalent, US currency.  Entry fees
         must accompany entry form.
         
ELIGIBILITY:   Tournament is sanctioned by the USBA and WSBA.  Washington
         State residents must also be current WSBA members.  All US
         resident contestants must be USBA members or pay $5 USBA
         participation waiver fee.  Fees will be collected at the desk.
