Carlton proudly presents the

			South San Francisco Open
			  Badminton Tournament

			   June 10-11, 1995


Site:	South San Francisco High School Gym
	400 B Street, S. San Francisco

Events:	A, B, C, D flights in all events.  You are guaranteed at 
least two (2) matches per event.  Limit of three (3) events per 
person, but you may not enter any event in more than one flight.  
Events may be modified or canceled as necessary.

Sanctioned by the United States Badminton Association.  All 
participants must be USBA members.  Non-members may either join
at the tournament or pay an additional $5, one-time participation
fee.

Entry Fees: $15/first event, $10 each additional event.  Your 
entry fee includes two free birds for every match.  Fees must
accompany all entry forms.  No refunds except in cases of canceled
events.

Birds: Carlton Powerflight feather shuttlecocks will be used in
all matches and will be on sale at the tournament desk.

Prizes: Awards in each event will depend on number of entrants.
The USBA will also publish final results in Badminton U.S.A.
magazine.

Schedule: Play begins at 9:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.
Singles and mixed doubles will be completed on Saturday. Sunday's
schedule will consist of only doubles events.  We will send 
specific starting times to every entrant, and directions to the
gym if you request.

Doubles & Mixed: Both partners of each team must submit entries
and fees before the deadline in order to be placed in the draws.

Juniors: This is an excellent opportunity for you!  If you were
born after June 11, 1977, you may deduct $1 for every event you
enter!

United States Badminton Association, Dunlop Slazenger Corporation,
it's agents, employees, and students from any and all claims of
personal injury or property damage which may be suffered with my
