Events: Flights A, B, C, D, E*: Men & Women’s Doubles.

*Note: Flight E is for recreational players only. If you sign up for flight E, you cannot sign up for any other flights. You will not be entered in any other draws other than for flight E!

USAB: This is a USAB sanctioned tournament! You must be a USAB member to play. If you are not already a USAB member, you can sign up for 1-year membership ($25.00 for adults 22 & over, $15 for juniors 21 & under) or 1-year tournament only membership ($15.00). Include this fee in the entry fee, and we will send it to USAB for processing.

Entries: $10 for one event. $20 for two events. (2 events max. Discount given to groups of 10+ entries. E-mail for details.)

Deadline: Mail entries received or emailed by Friday, December 13^thmidnight. There is a $5 late fee for entries received after this date. Late entries are NOT guaranteed a place on the draw. Entries and payments received before the deadline will be guaranteed a place on the draw. No refunds after December 13^th.

Times: Warm-up starts at 8am. Games will begin at 9am.

Check web for individual match times. Draws should be posted on web by Friday prior to tournament.

Prizes: Awards will be given to first, second, and consolation winners.

T-Shirts: T-shirts will be sold at the tournament.

Rules: (1) Players will be allowed to play a maximum of 2 flights. Players who sign up for flight E may only play that flight.

(2) Doubles teams must play in the flight of the higher ranked player. No jump in flights! Multiple partners are not allowed.

(3) A strict ten minutes default rule will be enforced. Players who are defaulted will be disqualified from tournament.

(4) Participants will not be allowed to start their first match until all fees are paid.
