Guest Fees:
Guest Night is the first Tuesday of each month.
A guest player is defined as any player who is not a Club Member of the 2008/2009 Season. In order for Club Members to have first priority at the Club, a maximum of 4 guests will be allowed to play at the Club at one time. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Once a maximum of 4 guests has shown up on a designated guest evening, no other guests will be allowed to play for that evening. Guest play is available primarily for persons interested in becoming future club members.
Each guest must pay a $5 fee per evening.
Membership Fees
A maximum of 65 Club Members will comprise the total membership for the 2008/2009 Season for the Carlingwood Badminton Club. Once this maximum membership of 65 has been reached, the membership of the Club will be considered closed. Only Membership Registration Forms that are filled out completely with the correct information, signed, and accompanied with a cheque, certified cheque, or money order for the correct amount will be considered for a membership at the Club.
Each membership form must contain an e-mail address as all notifications regarding the Club and its activities are done through e-mail
In order to be eligible for the Early Bird Membership Fee of $80 for the 2008/2009 Season, each form and cheque must be received by mail BEFORE September 10, 2008. A Full-Season Membership Fee of $90 will be charged for any membership application applied for or received AFTER September 10, 2008. Half-Season Memberships are available at $60 (mid-September to mid-December) and $60 (January to May) per player; however, there is no early-bird discount for Half-Season Memberships. Each Receipt of an applicant's Early-Bird Membership form and cheque will be confirmed immediately by e-mail, and acceptance into the Club will be guaranteed at that time, unless the form or cheque is incorrect or missing necessary information.
Any player who applies for membership after September 10, 2008, must submit a signed form and cheque for $90 either through the mail or in person at the Club.
FULL SEASON Membership Fee:
- $90 for each Club Member for 2008/2009 Season
HALF-SEASON Membership Fee:
- $60 for Sept. to Dec. 2008 / $60 for Jan. to May 2009
EARLY-BIRD Full Season Membership Fee:
- $80 for each Club Member for 2008/2009 Season
